• Air Cushioning - Pressurized Head Box

  It is applicable for the machine machine speed in between 300 To 700M/min

• OPen Type Head Box

  It is applicable for the machine speed below 300 M/min

• Hydraulic Head Box

  It is applicable for the machine operating speed above 700 M/min

  It is also applicable for the speed range 300 To 700 M/min

We are designing it, to maintain the required velocity of the stock entered before the head box. Because of proper, engineering, we able to maintain the stock velocity, at out ofthe slice depends Upon the total head.

The allowable cross machine profile variation will be lto 1.5%.

The stock flow path will be coated with electro polish and Surface, becomes mirrorfinish.
